What I'm about
A decade leading loyalty and contact-center teams taught me that the numbers on a dashboard are never just numbers — they're stories about people, on both ends of the phone. The work I'm proudest of is helping others become the leader they didn't know they could be.
Coaching beats commanding. Watch, do, teach — and meet people exactly where they are, not where the org chart says they should be.
Data analysis requires a story. Trends, anomalies, quality scores: the fun part is finding the why.
The purpose of a system is what it does. If you don't like the outcome, change the system.
